Piazza Maggiore
Space of elegant aspect and atmosphere, with a fountain in the middle, decorated with relief of the 16th century and with a winged lion on the top, it is the place from where it is possible to admire monuments of the town.
The Cathedral
It is situated on what remained of the roman term the Church was rebuilt many times. This Church –Santa Maria di Breda- dates to the second half of the 18th century and the façade to the 19th century. Two important works inside are "The Assumption" by Lorenzo Lotto and "San Francesco" by Dario da Treviso.
The Queen Castle
It is of a medieval origin, it was transformed to be the official residence of Caterina Cornaro and her court. The garden, circled by the walls, was celebrated by Pietro Bembo an his "Asolani" of the old castle it is possible to see the clock tower, the tower used as the prison of the castle, the public hall and some parts of the ancient walls.

Walk
Entering via Canova it is possible to see the small palace of Eleonora Duse with some verses on the main façade, written by Gabriele D’Annunzio. A Villa of the 15th century is the Hotel Cipriani –famous because many important people have always arrived there- with an elegant garden towards the wide landscape around. At the end, the church of Santa Caterina, of the 15th century painted inside.
The Tempietto
It was commissioned by Marcantonio Barbaro in 1580 at the very end of the whole work in Maser. It was not only the private oratory but also the new church for the town.
Villa Barbaro
It was commissioned by Daniele and Marcantonio Barbaro to Andrea Palladio. The Villa is situated in a very armonious way in the country around, and it is, for this reason, one of the most equilibrated works of the 16th century. Paolo Veronese is the author of the decorations inside. False architectures and perspectives widen the spaces.
